This time I celebrated my last day by jumping in the ocean, having an amazing massage and acupuncture session, and a group meditation. Best completion ever.
It's amazing the healings powers our body has when we get out of the way.
Dry Dasting 7 days. 4th time.
4th time. 7 day dry fast. No food no water for 7 days.
I felt it was time for another reset on all levels, to transition into a new chapter in my life. Mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.
As always, there is so much I learn in that process. How simple it is: I actually don't need to DO anything, it costs me NOTHING, on the contrary: it frees up a lot of time and actually saves me money (no need to think about food, what I want to eat, go shopping, cooking, cleaning up etc.).
How many days can a person survive without water?
Well, online searches show different things: 3 days, 5 days etc....
And how often do we believe what's shown online?.....
Well, I just finished my second time ever 7 day long dry fast: meaning no food, no water for 7 days.
Dreams do come true

Spirituality, success and balance
A friend of mine asked me yesterday: how are your financial freedom and spirituality connected, and are they? It was a great question. So I just share them below as they came, hopefully it will spark some realizations and a-ha's in whoever is meant to read them :)

4-5 months ago I retired from my corporate endeavors. And by retired I mean I created enough passive income to give me the comfortable income to live so I don't need to work. Ever. Unless I want to. But then it's not work, is it? :)
