All my life I've been intrigued with the questions: "Why I am Here? What's my purpose?". When I finished high school, I didn't know who I wanted to be when I grew up. Nothing pulled me, so I chose the path of least resistance and got a degree in what I was good at and had some interest in: Computer Science. It was a great choice at the time, as it allowed me to get a Master's Degree, a job, support myself and move from Russia to the US. I enjoyed my job, as it allowed me to use my brain to solve complex business puzzles and provide elegant and efficient software solutions to people, and yet I know this is not the only thing I am meant to do in my life. I was always drawn back to those original questions, which led me to read many books on personal growth and spirituality. I went to a number of workshops and then I found my next calling : to be a life coach and a leader who inspires and empowers people to follow their passions and make their dreams a reality. 
I've been a facilitator and a coach in experiential transformational workshops and a powerful leadership program (for more details see www.worldworksinc.com). I've also supported clients in getting clear on what they want and moving towards making it happen. In the process, I've helped them create breakthroughs and find more empowering perspectives on their life situations. 

​I love helping people in reaching their goals and dreams - whether it's transitioning into a new career that excites them, rising to new heights in their current career, creating a relationship of their dreams, moving to a place that fits them, or finding inner peace, confidence and joy in what they already have.
 
​I have completed Certified Professional Coach Programs at Invite Change and Erickson College and hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by ICF. I am also a Certified Accelerated Evolution coach and hold a Project management Professional credential (PMP), Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant and Certified NCS Heartmath Practitioner.

On another side, I am also in love with Kizomba dancing, have been dancing at teaching it close to 5 years now. Check out galina.dance.

I retired (achieved financial freedom so my passive income supports my lifestyle), travelled the world, and now back to work. I am coaching, training and consulting proferrionals, businesses and corporations on the topic of crating change (check out turningpoint.pro for details).

So many people, books, resources and workshops have contributed to who I am and the tools I have to offer. I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience with people who are on the same journey.

Personal successes I have created so far:

  • I moved from Russia to the US to create a lifestyle I wanted at age 23
  • I set up a very effective time management system, that allowed me to successfully manage up to 8 software releases at a time
  • I turned a tough break-up into a springboard for my growth, and then created a relationship with an amazing guy!
  • I switched my perspective from being a powerless victim of circumstances to a creator of my life
  • I overcame depression and hopelessness, and now I am living and being in a near constant flow of joy, peace and excitement about my life
  • I helped other people discover exciting visions for their lives
  • I helped people find more empowering perspectives and create breakthroughs in various areas and sticky life circumstances
  • I retired at the age of 33
